Official Store
Products in the Official Store are shipped directly by Lovesick from Italy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

Print on Demand
Products in the Print on Demand collection are manufactured and shipped by our production partner.
Because every item is made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
• wrong size ordered
• change of mind
• accidental orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement whenever applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• the item is lost during shipment (when confirmed by the carrier)
• the wrong product was delivered
• the item arrives damaged or defective
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
