Shipping & Returns

Thank you so much for supporting Lovesick by purchasing our music and merchandise. Every order helps us continue writing songs, touring and creating new projects.

Two ways to shop

Our store is divided into two sections.

Official Store

This section includes CDs, vinyl records and selected official merchandise stocked and shipped directly from Italy.

Orders from the Official Store are packed by us and shipped from our headquarters in Italy.

Please note that customers outside the European Union may be required to pay import duties, customs fees or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Within the European Union, no additional customs duties should apply.

Print on Demand

This section includes apparel and accessories produced especially for each order.

These products are printed and shipped by our production partner from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible. This helps reduce shipping times and avoids unnecessary international shipments.

If your order contains items from both the Official Store and the Print on Demand collection, they will usually arrive in separate packages and shipping costs will be calculated separately at checkout.

Shipping

We work hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible while maintaining a reliable service.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

If you require an invoice, please contact us before placing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed after the courier's delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping costs are non refundable. We will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

Returns

Because we are a small independent band, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products ordered through the Official Store unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part.

For Print on Demand products, any issues related to damaged, defective or incorrectly manufactured items will be handled according to our production partner's policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any problem with your order.
